The Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA) and Drinks Americas are about to make a joint debut in New York. The two organizations will be holding a joint event, Vinexpo America and Drinks America, to be held in Manhattan on March 9-10, 2022. According to a press release from Drinks America, the event was born out of a mutual interest in presenting the wine and spirits industry in the United States to the world.
PORTLAND, Maine – 27. April 2021. – Diversified Communications and Vinexposium today announced two joint events, Vinexpo America and Drinks America, which will bring the alcohol industry together under one roof in 2022. The fair will take place from the 9th to the 10th. March 20, 2022 in the new Jacob K. Javits Hall 3 of the New York Convention Center. Together, they promise to attract the best buyers and decision makers from across North America, the world’s largest and fastest growing consumer market for alcoholic beverages.
Vinexpo America is a repositioning of the former Vinexpo New York, which for three years was the premier international trade show for wine and spirits professionals in North America, but was discontinued in 2021 due to the COVID 19 pandemic. In its new form, Vinexpo America will focus exclusively on wines, with representatives from all the major wine-producing regions of the world.
Drinks America is a brand new trade show designed in response to the expected continued growth in the consumption of spirits and ready-to-drink beverages. There will be a wide selection of spirits, beers and sakes from producers around the world, as well as alcohol-related accessories and services.
Both events offer U.S. and Canadian buyers access to new and established brands looking to expand sales, network and meet existing customers in North America. Two full days of educational programs, ranging from lectures to master classes, will focus on topics relevant to the world of wine and spirits.
Visitors to Vinexpo America and Drinks America have the advantage of full access to the exhibits, programs and events of both shows with one registration – an outstanding benefit that also maximizes efficiency by allowing them to meet producers from around the world in one place for two days.
