Founded in June 2020, Gravitas Wine Marketing distributes California wines. The company currently specializes in importing estate wines and plans to add California producers to its portfolio this spring. The distributor was founded by wine industry expert Aaron Campbell to provide wholesale distribution of retail products to wineries in France, Italy, Spain, South America and California. Gravitas Wine Marketing specializes in focused attention to each of its wine suppliers with the help of an experienced sales team located throughout California.
Gravitas Wine Marketing currently has 12 sales representatives throughout California, covering all major markets. But given the unprecedented growth of retail, especially among chains, Campbell knew it needed to find an industry professional to handle national and regional grocery chains in California. I am delighted to announce that an old friend and colleague, Neil Dorr, is joining our team. Mr. Doerr will assume the role of Vice President of Marketing for the Gravitas wine chain. We are very pleased to have Neil Dorr join our team. He brings over 30 years of experience in the wine industry in customer service, relationship management and consumer relations, making him an ideal candidate for the company. Prior to joining Gravitas Wine Marketing, Neil Doerr co-founded Epic Wines, where he led the retail division for 17 years. He managed a team of 20 people and oversaw several producers around the world. Neil Dorr will report directly to Aaron Campbell and will lead network sales for Gravitas Wine Marketing.

Founder Aaron Campbell created Gravitas Wine Marketing in June 2020. Recognizing that there were too few distributors in California who specialized in effectively representing small producers, Campbell drew on his more than 20 years of experience in wine sales to build a portfolio of French and Italian wineries. Campbell worked for many years at Epic Wines, Angeles Wine Agency and Swirl Wine Brokers where he held sales and management positions. While gaining work experience in the wine industry, Campbell earned his Master Sommelier certification and completed the UCLA Vintage Wine Program.
